Crystal Singing Bowls
Quartz Crystal Bowls hold the vibration of white light, which ultimately refracts into the rainbow. Quartz balances our own electromagnetic energies. The pure tones of crystal bowls produce a vibrational healing sound field which resonates the light in our body energy centers. Singing bowls are played by the friction of rubbing a wooden, plastic, or leather wrapped mallet around the rim of the bowl to produce tones and a continuous singing sound. High quality singing bowls produce a complex chord of harmonic tones. Tibetan Singing bowls may also be played by striking with a soft mallet to produce a warm bell tone. Antique singing bowls produce multiphonic and polyharmonic tones which are unique to each bowl. The subtle frequencies are a special quality of the high quality bronze alloy used.
