Meditation Poses and Posture
Chakra Poses are often integrated in yoga and can be part of your routine. Allowing breath to flow through each chakra while doing yoga will allow your energy to flow more freely
Kundalini Poses or popular Asanas are Vajrasana, Siddhasana, Padmasana, or Sukasana. Each pose allows the meditaion to accomplish different goals.
Meditation Posture is one of the most important elements to meditation. Posture will help with the flow energy, asanas, breath, comfort, etc.
Lotus Pose is accomplished by sitting cross-leged on the floor with your feet facing up, resting on your thighs. Place your hands facing up touching your index fingers to your thumbs, resting the backs of your hands on your knees. Most importantly is to sit with your spine as straight as possible. This will help allow the energy to flow through your body.
Yoga Poses are also known as 'Asanas'. There are easily over a hundred and each one has its own sanskrit name.
