Sacred Breath is the intake of Universal Life Energy or Chi, Prana, Universal Energy, breath into the Solar Plexus.

Conscious Breath allows you to be aware of your breathing without controlling it. When practicing conscious breath you will gain control of your conscious and subconscios and be able to integrate them together.

Breath of Fire is a fast and rhythmic breathing technique. There is a fast powerful exhale and the idea is to pull the diaphragm closer to the spine. This breathing excercise can often be used as a quick pick-me-up. Breath of Fire is a Kundalini breathing technique.

Pranayama comes from a Sanskrit term "lengthening of the breath". Pranayama is composed of two Sanskrit words, Prana, life force, or breath, and "ayama", to lengthen or extend. It is often used as a term in Yoga for breath control and breathing techniques.
